I am going to be stricter with these policies! So, please make sure to read them carefully if you have an appointment with me.
If you need adjustments to your hair, I will only accept notice within 24 hours of your appointment. Anything after that will be considered a new appointment.
We have a 10–15 minute late policy.
If you are late, please contact your stylist immediately and let them know. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, you may lose your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of the booked time.
🎈We kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests to your appointment. We do not allow children, animals, or other guests without an appointment in the salon. If you bring them with you, you may lose your appointment, and you will be charged 100% of the booked time.
It is also prohibited to bring laptops into the salon and use them during coloring.
🎈We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment begins.
If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked service.
If you decide to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service.
If you decide not to show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the booked service.
If this happens frequently, it may prevent you from booking future appointments.
